Film a Day in Britain

The BBC has been asking people across Britain to make films documenting their day. So an event was made and the plan was to go to the beach and have a fire and drinks and do some filming. Unfortunately less filming was done than planned due to weather and lack of fire. It was a good turn out however and I still got some decent images out of it.

I used a flash gun on top of my Canon 1000D with a slow shutter and soft flash.

Spain, October 2009

This was a few years ago while i was on the Costa Blanca in Spain in small town called Moraira. This series of images shows an emergency fire plane practicing scooping up water from the sea and dumping it. They use these for putting out forest fires.

I thought i'd include these as well. Some very detailed and very big sand castles! Can't imagine how long this took them.
